History of the Firm
Zanacorp Accountants Pty Ltd was established by Joseph J Zanca in 1989 to provide traditional accounting and taxation services.
The introduction of GST combined with consistently strong client referrals has seen the firm experience considerable growth. We now service a diverse range of clients including micro, small and medium sized business owners from a range of industry sectors.
The practice is large enough to offer specialised advice and at the same time small enough to guarantee personal service to our clients.
Living in an age of increasing financial complexity, we have responded to the needs of our clients and now offer a complete range of accounting, taxation, business advisory and financial services.
If we cannot directly assist clients we draw on the extensive knowledge of our alliance partners to ensure they get the best solution for their needs.

Joseph John Zanca – Managing Director
Joseph Zanca is the Principal of our firm, who is ultimately responsible for your compliance work and enjoys the challenges of taxation and financial planning. He has a reputation for staff supervision and attention to detail ensuring accurate and precise work is carried out by his team
Joseph is an extremely high achiever in all areas of his life being a qualified Chartered Accountant,and CPA. He is also a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) with Bachelor Business (Hons) and Dip FP added to his long list of qualifications.
On a personal level, he enjoys delving into History, both ancient and modern, economics, music and movies.
Joe is a long time proud supporter of the Melbourne Football Club, which after 57 long years has finally won a premiership. The long road
leading to this success demanded the virtue of patience, a handy attribute for all investors.
Alongside Joe, the practice has 3 other Accountants, a Financial Planner, a paraplanner, receptionist and office manager.
All are part of an efficient and integral team which strive to provide all clients with a considerate and empathetic service.
